The Fayette County Addressing Department is available
from 8am - 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday to address any
911 addressing needs. If you have any questions, please fill out
the form at the bottom of the page, and someone from this department
will contact you as soon as possible.
If you do not know your 911 address, please call to verify that
you have one.
If you need to be assigned a new 911
physical address, you will need the following information:
- Parcel ID/Tax Map Number for your Parcel
- A Copy of the Latest Subdivision Plans (If Available)
- Name of Street or Roadway Accessing Your Home
- Name of Street or Roadway Your Home Faces
- Address of nearest neighbor(s)
- Amount of Acreage
- If property purchased within the last two (2) years, the name of the
previous property owner
- New Constructions need approved Zoning/Building Permits before being
addressed. Information is needed from the permit to assign the
address.
- Type of construction (examples: Single family dwelling, multi-family
dwelling, commercial building, apartments, garage, etc.)
